I ain a 2015 and 2020 Kia Soul. The 2015 was recalled and the engine blew xi/24/2021 stranded my son in the middle of nowhere. $100 Tow to Carriage Kia. Spoke with Kia, told me they would reimburse me what I spend in Uber/Lyft/Rental Fees. The car was in that location for months and the amount to brand information technology to work etc. was $3100+. They sent me a reimbursement letter on vi/xxx/22 which was immediately signed and sent dorsum within minutes for $2800+. To this day I get the repeated story of it is yet beingness processed. I have been promised by 3 unlike people that it is being ESCALATED. Nothing but lies from this visitor.
I have most been evicted from my home of almost 12 years and I have no money to pay the car notes on the 2 vehicles because of KIA. If there was a 0 that is what they would accept gotten rather than the 1 star. This is causing me mental anguish and I am at the point of contacting an attorney and this volition cost them much more than $2800. Beware. So unhappy with this visitor I trusted enough to buy two vehicles from. I could accept gone somewhere else. I wish I had. They simply do not care most their customers, even the ones who bought more than 1 vehicle.

My 2016 Kia Soul with 62,000 miles engine stalled. Been 1 week since I took information technology to kia dealership. Still waiting for consumer affairs to corroborate it. Chosen them today I waited for 40 min on hold. Is this how they treat customers. Very disappointed.

My parents paid cash for top of the line Kia Soul the engine blew up & they defendant my parents of non taking care of it & they are 75 & fourscore years old. Told them they tin encompass the price of the motor! They as well peak of the line warranty & paid cash for the motorcar! If this is how they treat people but elderly people on top of it! Is disgusting & I would never bargain with them ever for whatsoever Kia! This was in Orillia Ontario Kia dealership & head part absolute garbage vehicles.

I bought a Kia Soul 2017 brand new and since then I have had naught but issues.. In two months my starter went bad..In four months my transmission went bad...In a little over a twelvemonth my engine went bad..My converter went bad..The electrical arrangement is bad etc..When I contacted customer service non merely did they turn down to call back most times only their attitude was shameful and they hid backside the fact that Illinois land law protects them and they can't practise anything for me..Well yes They can. As a company they could've helped me out... They could've extended my warranty.. They could've done something and all they did was shame me...They are the worst company and I am writing a review everywhere I tin find to warn people nigh Kia motor America.

Purchased a 2020 Kia Soul Jan 2020. 2/fifteen/21 I came to a stoplight hitting the gas and realize there's no power. Had to put the motorcar in park and restart the engine. Check engine light is on. Go to dealership the check engine light is on the whole time. They tell me the whole of Kia'due south computers are down and don't know when they tin await at my car. They didn't accept a loaner and I had to rent a car.
Two days later they tell me the mechanic scanned the car and they couldn't notice anything wrong. The check engine light is no longer on. I'm out $125 for the rental car. Pick up the car no problem. 3/3/21 I'm most to drive onto the thruway. I come to a stop before inbound the sideslip road and the engine turns off. I put the car in park and restart the vehicle and again the cheque engine low-cal is on. I drive information technology to the dealership and the guy tells me he tin't await at it till tomorrow. I said I'one thousand not getting another rental and then take you tell me that at that place's nothing incorrect with it tomorrow, then he went to see what was going on and came back and said information technology had shown that it needs a new PCM.
I asked what that was and he said it'south basically the brain of the estimator. I've never had any bug with Kia customer service until now. The guy I spoke to today was very short with me when I asked him for some assistance getting information to them. I traded in an older Honda Borough for this car. Never had whatsoever issues. I should have kept information technology.

66 with MS. Bought 2020 Soul to Avoid breakdowns-reliable car. two/twenty/21 motorcar engine lite stays on, dies. Kia says have no loaners, May take weeks to fix, I exercise Grubhub, Lose job? Deceit pay motorcar? Kia doesn't Help!

Bought a 2020 Soul LX with the cvt in June of 2020. The engine started knocking at 6-7k miles. Kia says information technology's normal. The engine also burns 2.five quarts of oil every 5k miles. Information technology holds four.25. Kia says that's normal. It tin burn up to 3qts per oil change. DO NOT Buy A KIA!!! The warranty ways cipher! The bottom end of a motor should non knock! I volition never purchase another Kia! I hope this saves other people time and money. Buy anything else but kia!

I own a 2013 KIA SOUL which I dearest but I need some piece of work on information technology which requires to remove my lug nuts off my rim. I purchase a certified preowned 2015 Kia Soul in 2017. I completed all regular maintenance (oil change, tires, full melody up). Less than a yr after buying the car, the oil filter simply falls out of the car. All oil spills out. Then it happens again. At around 70k miles I take the car for full inspection. The Kia dealership determines at that place is a manufacturing error... SO MANY RECALLS! At present Kia Corporate volition not supersede the engine. THEY ARE NOT HONORING THE 100k Ability TRAIN WARRANTY. They offered me $2000 toward repairs which cost $6500. I'one thousand going legal on them - Ryan from corporate basically said, "Exercise what y'all have to do." Do Non BUY A KIA!!!
