   Any other comments	Whenever I turn the bluetooth on the previously pair device is not connecting automatically which is supposed to be. In the given screenshot it is shown that at the time of turning on Bluetooth when the device ( Noise shots NEO) is supposed to be connected automatically. Which is not working in a manner it should be.

   Facing this problem is a big deal because as you know oneplus 8 Pro doesn't have any earphone jack and bluetooth connection is all we have definitely it's problematic. I haven't got any solution for that yet I am waiting for the reply from oneplus's team.

   I've same problem here in my oneplus 8 pro.

   I hope oneplus team to resolve this issue in next update.

   However, I tried temporarily solution by downloading an app called "Bluetooth auto connect" and it works perfectly now, but I am so annoyed from oneplus team because of that issue does not fixed till now.

   its not working in OnePlus Nord too. this is bad even my old phone which is 5 year old able to auto connect to bluetooth devices when i turn it on.
   oneplus should do something for this

    Those who are facing Bluetooth auto connect problem , try factory reset of your headphones and pair. I was also facing same issue with my jbl live 500bt. I did factory reset by pressing volume up and down buttons simultaneous.

    After the oxygen OS 11 update for oneplus 8 Pro the issue has been fixed. Now, it is exactly in a way it should be.

    Most of my problems with my OP8 Pro with the new android 11 were already fixed. So I think you can take it easily it is literally the best and most complete phone I ever had.

    On the topic tho,
    I'm kind of having the same problem. But I discovered the auto-connect works sometimes.. specially when you open bluetooth almost in the same time with the other device.

    And yes, my old Htc One m8 was not having issues with auto connecting at all, no matter the conditions. So please fix it guys !

    Like one of the other posters said, do a factory reset with any pair of headphones by holding down the volume up and volume down simultaneously for then try reconnecting. Worked great for me and now it's been doing it automatically. Not sure if its a software or hardware problem or because most people use headphones for multiple devices. At least it is a small fix for now.

    Having this same issue with my car stereo. My fiance's samsung phone auto connects flawlessly. While I have to constantly manually connect mine. It's quite annoying and needs to be resolved. This is a one plus 7 pro
